WinExpress Version 2 helps chain hotels and boutique hotels provide guest voicemail services, automatic billing, and room status or mini-bar updates, using a single server interfacing with the hotel's property management system. The application has now been compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IP Office Release 6.1, via Avaya's DevConnect program, and FCS was included in the Release 6.1 launch as a select partner supporting the hospitality vertical.

There, a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant. Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their networks without having to replace their existing infrastructure — speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
