During the seven days, those attending the festival will be able to sample special teas, taste fine wines and witness cooking demonstrations, while the chefs themselves will be sharing ideas and refining their styles further.
 
The festival also has wider social benefits, as a portion of ticket sale profits will be donated to support the Thai Red Cross Society's Save A Child's Life From Aids project.
 
Further contributions will be made to the organisation via a series of charity auctions, which will take place during the guest chef dinners.
