Mark P. Bandsma Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Hospitality Management
Over the past six years, Mr. Bandsma has opened and transitioned nearly 15 Castle Resort and Hotel facilities

KALAHEO, HI, September 30, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mark Bandsma, Regional Director of Engineering for Castle Resort and Hotels, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in hospitality management.

Mr. Bandsma has six years of experience as regional director of engineering for Castle Resort and Hotels, where he is responsible for working with association boards to complete capital projects throughout the year, as well as overseeing 25 facilities in Hawaii, Micronesia and Thailand. Since joining the company, he has opened and transitioned nearly 15 Castle Resort and Hotel facilities. He became involved in his profession in 1993, when the engineering industry slowed down, and he attributes his success to his flexibility, being open to new techniques, and communications skills.

Mr. Bandsma received an Associate of Arts in engineering. He is a member of HEA. In the future, he hopes to continue working with his company in the same capacity, undertaking new challenges in the process.
